You will be responsible for generating qualified leads for our sales team across Upwork, LinkedIn, and email outreach. Your performance will be measured by the quality and volume of warm, sales-ready leads - not by activity metrics. If you can identify real opportunities and initiate conversations with the right decision-makers, you will grow quickly in this role.
Responsibilities
- Lead generation for Shopify and eCommerce services (Shopify Plus, DTC brands, B2B eCommerce).
- Outreach through Upwork, LinkedIn (Sales Navigator), email campaigns.
- Identifying and qualifying the right ICPs: Shopify Plus stores, scaling DTC brands, established B2B eCommerce companies.
- Writing personalized messages, not template spam.
- Passing warm, relevant leads to the Sales/BDM team.
- Working with our databases, ICP profiles, scripts, and tools.
Requirements
- 1+ year of hands-on lead generation experience (not “I want to try”).
- Basic understanding of Shopify/eCommerce.
- Strong experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork bidding, and email outreach tools.
- Confident English (if your messages read like Google Translate - this won’t work).
- Independent work style, consistent pace, responsibility for outcomes.
- Ability to analyze lead quality, not chase quantity.
